Reports
Reports cover Workspace Inventory, Security & Oversharing, External Users, and Storage Optimisation (with separate reports for duplicate, obsolete, and trivial documents).
Reports in Proventeq365 fall into three main groups:
- Workspace Inventory — A consolidated overview of both Permissions and ROT data collected from the source.
- Security & Oversharing — Detailed information about permissions that have been overshared across documents and folders, plus a dedicated External Users view.
- Storage Optimisation — A comprehensive analysis of ROT (Redundant, Obsolete, and Trivial) data within the source. Available as a consolidated summary or as separate reports for Duplicate, Obsolete, and Trivial documents.

- Security & Oversharing — Detailed view of sharing and permission-related risks.
- External Users — Identify, review, and manage external users with access to your environment.
- Storage Optimization Summary — Consolidated ROT view across the environment.
- Duplicate Documents Report — Identify identical or very similar files stored in multiple locations.
- Obsolete Documents Report — Identify files that are no longer relevant, actively used, or required.
- Trivial Documents Report — Identify low-value or non-business-critical files.
